Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about this service.
How is this different from an actual EHO inspection?
We use the same assessment criteria but we are on your side. Our goal is to find and fix issues before the inspector does. We also provide practical guidance on how to resolve problems, which EHOs typically do not.
How far in advance should I book a pre-inspection audit?
Ideally 2-4 weeks before you expect an inspection. This gives you time to address any issues we find. But even a few days of preparation is better than none.
What if you find serious problems?
We will be honest about what we find and prioritise the most critical issues. If there are significant risks, we will help you address them urgently before the inspection.
